Here at Pick-a-Lily our story started over 70 years ago with my Great Grandma starting a little florist in Rushden, my Grandparents, Father and Aunty all continued the floral line. From a young age my sisters and I we were all trained up and worked in the business.

Now, with over 30 years under my belt I have seen all trends and fashions and indeed some returning. 12 years ago I decided it was time to follow in the family footsteps, opening Pick-a-Lily in my home village of Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire.

Most of our flowers are bought through the night from the Dutch auctions and are delivered straight to the shop by early hours of the morning. We also source and use locally grown seasonal flowers, stock from my wonderful cutting garden at home and an abundance of foraged foliage’s and herbs.
