Refund Policy
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase from Pick A Lily,
However if for some reason you are not happy we can offer an exchange if :
For fresh flowers we will only replace if we are contacted within an hour of delivery and due care has been taken to ensure that these flowers remain in water and out of direct heat source. There upon we will offer a replacemnet to the same value.
For all other goods please ensure that they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt, so that we can arrange a replacement.
Please use all packaging that the goods arrived in to ensure they arrive to us intact so that we can re sell.
We also advise to get proof of postage in case for whatever reason the goods fail to reach us.
If items arrive damaged please conatct us within 2 days so that we can arrange replacement goods to be sent to you.
